In the 70s the State of Ohio required all middle school students to have drug education.
I remember seeing this film when I was in the 8th grade.

Fadiman is quite famous in certain circles in the 2020s as the man who came up with the protocol for microdosing.
What a find!

Hi
I recently used some of this as part of some visual I created to accompany a DJ mix I'd created.
A company called 'Rumble' were complaining that
I'd ... infringed their copyright as they own this video.....it's a bit sketchy because it was in Spanish but love to know whether that's BS or not
Cheers

Informative PSA.
By the way, that ''unidentified woman'' with Jim Nabors is none other than opera singer Mary Costa, also known as the voice of Disney's ... Aurora from Sleeping Beauty. That segment is from the ''Girlfriends and Nabors'' special that premiered on CBS-TV in 1968.

Rather trippy and psychedelic romp through what makes drugs so bad featuring a monotone narrator that doesnt move at all (which could make for some great
...
editing experiments) and lots and lots of talking heads. We don't know who these people are, Just their professions, whgich makes it somewhat less interesting (but is saved by the last subject bohemian teacher look). All throughout this movie, there's also some wild clips of the bar scene in SF, the street scene in SF, and Yes, Jim Nabors. In one scene you can hear the music of Bob Dylan. Not too sure of the music clearances of all of these, but all of it sure winds up becoming a little spaced out.
